2. Orders
By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if stock is unavailable, if payment cannot be confirmed, or if fraudulent activity is suspected. You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order has been accepted.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are displayed in euros and include Belgian VAT (21%). We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept Bancontact, credit card, and other methods shown at checkout.
4. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
5. Right of withdrawal (returns)
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us by email at info@roetfilter-center.be. The product must be returned in its original, unused condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the product is defective.
6. Warranty
Our DPF filters come with a warranty of 2 years or 30,000 km from the date of delivery — whichever comes first. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only, provided the filter has been used correctly and maintained according to our guidelines. To keep the warranty valid, the filter must be professionally cleaned at least once a year, and proof of cleaning (invoice from a recognised workshop) must be kept available. The warranty does not apply in the following situations: incorrect installation or assembly; defective injectors, turbo, EGR valve, or excessive oil consumption in the vehicle; use of software that disables or bypasses the DPF (DPF-off / chip tuning); overheating caused by the vehicle or driving style; external damage, impact, or chemical contamination; incorrect vehicle use or use outside the filter specifications. To make a warranty claim, contact us at info@roetfilter-center.be with your order number, a description of the defect, and photos of the product. We will assess the claim and, where valid, repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Belgian law.
7. Liability
Roetfilter Center is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased from us. Our total liability is in any case limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the arrondissement of Ghent (Belgium). For consumer disputes you may also use the online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
